  • A 50% deposit (plus a flat courier fee of R150) is required at checkout.

  • The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

  • Orders will only be processed once the deposit payment has been received.

  • Payments can be made via the available methods on our checkout page (e.g. PayPal, EFT, etc.).

3. Pricing and Availability

  • All prices listed are in South African Rands (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Product availability is subject to change. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide alternative options or a refund of your deposit.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout (usually 14–21 working days).

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services or events beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • No Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange within 5 working days of receiving their order.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return courier costs.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
